This role reports directly to the President, with compensation and title aligned with experience.

Key Responsibilities:
In collaboration with the President, the Senior Marketing Executive will:

  • Establish strategic marketing objectives that align with the company's growth initiatives.
  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve these objectives.
  • Enhance brand visibility and foster customer engagement across diverse platforms.
  • Develop content strategies tailored to business goals and target demographics across all channels (digital, print, and social).
  • Contribute to the annual strategic planning process of the organization.
  • Identify and implement branding opportunities to strengthen market position.

  • Utilize metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and prepare internal reports on marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A post-secondary degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity, preferably in related industries.
  • A proven history of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Extensive experience in brand management.
  • A strong grasp of ecommerce strategies, digital marketing, and multi-channel marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets effectively.
  • Experience collaborating with web developers to enhance online presence.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities with a focus on team development.
  • Proficiency in analyzing marketing metrics and translating data into actionable strategies.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Industry knowledge related to paper manufacturing, distribution, and graphic products is an asset.
  • Dependability and reliability in meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects.
