Senior Executive Assistant to the President and CEO - Mackenzie Health Foundation

Mackenzie Health Foundation is dedicated to enhancing healthcare services in York Region. We are seeking a committed Senior Executive Assistant to deliver exceptional support to our President and CEO. This position entails overseeing communications, managing schedules, arranging travel, and performing various administrative duties. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in office administration and have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in providing support to high-level executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a professional representative for the CEO
  • Facilitating communications and liaising with stakeholders
  • Coordinating the CEO's calendar and appointments
  • Preparing financial reports and handling correspondence
  • Assisting with HR functions and organizing staff meetings
  • Delivering general administrative support within the office

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in office administration
  • 5-7 years of experience in executive support roles
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Dedication to fostering a safe and inclusive workplace
