- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation.
- Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority to them, and create optimum working conditions, ensuring a strong and effective leadership team.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in goods production, utilities, and construction.
- Language: Proficiency in English.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Strong proficiency in MS Office, including MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and with a large workload.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of $100,001 - $500,000.
- Relocation Assistance: Willingness to relocate, with relocation costs not covered by the employer.
