Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, stock ordering, and visual merchandising.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is ordered and received in a timely manner and that stockroom is organized and maintained.
- Store Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of the store, including cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and fixtures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
