Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Feliza African Grocery and Beauty Store Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store remains a top destination for African groceries and beauty products.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members, to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales staff to duties, order merchandise, and authorize returns to ensure that our store remains stocked with the latest products and that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that our store remains well-stocked and that we are able to meet customer demand.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform our business decisions and drive growth.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that we maintain a positive reputation in the community.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail management role, with a proven track record of success in sales, merchandising, and customer service.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
