About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at HOMELIFE REAL ESTATE CENTRE INC. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our real estate team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our real estate team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients and team members.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and performing data entry tasks.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Support: Assist the real estate team with various tasks, including preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and performing other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and database software
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 to 40 hours per week in a fast-paced real estate office environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
