  • Answer phone calls and relay messages effectively.

  • Gather and compile data, statistics, and relevant information.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed.
  • Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and reservations.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts.
  • Establish and maintain both manual and digital filing systems.
Technical Proficiency

Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word is essential for this role.
