The Role: Learning and Performance Solutions Consultant

As a Learning and Performance Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping the learning experiences of our clients. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training materials that drive organizational transformation.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop a wide range of learning solutions, including:
    • Customized training materials
    • Curriculum plans, course outlines, and storyboards
    • eLearning capsules and support materials for various delivery methods (in-person, online, coaching)
    • Performance support tools and reference materials such as procedures, user guides, online support, checklists, and decision aids
  • Conduct training needs analyses and recommend appropriate educational strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of prototypes, standards, and design templates for training and performance support materials.
  • Collaborate effectively with content experts and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 1-5 years of experience designing hybrid learning programs
  • CEGEP diploma or university degree in training or a related field
  • Exceptional written communication skills in English and French
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly the PowerPoint Draw tab
  • Experience using Articulate 360 or other eLearning authoring tools
  • Understanding of adult learning principles, user interface (UI) design, and user experience (UX)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with subject matter experts

Assets:

  • Experience deploying integrated management systems or other IT systems
  • Familiarity with design principles and ratios
  • Technical writing or support materials experience
  • Project management skills
