Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to support business decisions
  • Develop and maintain rigorous internal documents, including policies, procedures, forms, and job descriptions
  • Collaborate with consultants to develop and deliver high-quality reports and presentations
  • Conduct market studies on various human resources issues
  • Support other analysts on various projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, or Organizational Development
  • Prior pertinent experience is an asset
  • Fully bilingual (English essential)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
