JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

The AI Solutions Specialist will:

  • Analyze business requirements and convert them into effective ML strategies.
  • Articulate complex technical ideas and findings to non-technical audiences in a straightforward manner.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to explore new avenues for ML integration and model development.
  • Ensure that ML initiatives are in harmony with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with software development teams to implement and maintain ML models in live environments.
  • Keep abreast of advancements in ML and AI, leveraging this knowledge to enhance application performance and benefit the team.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient programming abilities in languages such as Python, along with experience in database management (SQL), statistical analysis, and data interpretation techniques.


  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Proven experience in executing and contributing to real-world machine learning projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both French and English, along with effective collaboration abilities.
  • A robust work ethic and the capacity to handle sensitive information responsibly.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in deploying ML models into production settings.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes (GIT, Jenkins, etc.) and MLOps (MLFlow).
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker & Kubernetes).
  • Experience in guiding and mentoring junior team members.
