Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at LP International Trading Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our culinary team and overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.

Team Leadership

Supervise and lead a team of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Supply Chain Management

Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and estimate the costs of supplies and food items.

Quality Control

Plan menus and ensure that all food meets the highest standards of quality.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Certifications

Cook Trade Certification, Certified Chef de Cuisine (CCC), and Cook Red Seal Certificate.

Personal Suitability
  • Leadership

Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Organized

Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Reliability

Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Team Player

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
