Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at B.C. LTD. o/a Milestones Grill and Bar. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff
  • Develop and implement menus and recipes
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Monitor and control food costs
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of leading a kitchen team and achieving high-quality results
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
