Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Prime Hut Pizza & Indian Cuisine Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
Work Environment:

The Executive Chef will work in a fast-paced urban area environment, requiring attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work under pressure.
