We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Hoya Vision Care. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with eye care professionals in the Okanagan and Kootenays region of British Columbia.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales targets and supports Hoya's revenue and profit objectives.
- Identify market trends and competition strategies to inform the development and execution of the territory sales plan.
- Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects to build enduring customer relationships.
- Complete sales activity reports and presentations in a timely manner.
- A competitive salary and bonus structure.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.
- Tuition reimbursement and RRSP matching.
- PTO and paid holidays.
- Post-secondary degree, college diploma, or relevant experience.
- 3-5 years of optical sales experience.
- Demonstrated sales track record, new sales track record, and quota attainment.
- Prior experience with Salesforce, preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
