About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at UPS Store 47. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Procedure Implementation: Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to establish work priorities, delegate tasks, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business decisions.
  • Culture and Diversity: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers, refugees, youth, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on new procedures and policies, and provide coaching and mentoring to support their growth and development.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a fair and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
