Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at THE BARONS MANOR PUB. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute menus that showcase our culinary expertise
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
  • Maintain inventory and manage kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement new menu concepts and promotions
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing kitchen teams
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
