We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at S.CN ENTERPRISES LTD. as a key member of our culinary operations.
Job Summary:The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our culinary team, planning and directing food preparation and cooking activities, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
- Supervise and train cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and cooking practices.
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities for multiple restaurants, ensuring consistency and quality across all locations.
- Develop and implement menus that meet quality standards and customer preferences.
- Recruit, hire, and train staff to meet the needs of our culinary operations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for weddings, banquets, and specialty functions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of leading a culinary team and achieving high-quality results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluency in English.
The Executive Chef will work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment, with regular hours of 40 hours per week.
