Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Spice of Nepal. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a similar environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Ability to train and develop kitchen staff
