Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at YAS CAFE LTD.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen team and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers to ensure the best possible products.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets health and safety standards.
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and control food costs to ensure profitability.
  • Work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train and develop staff.
Working Conditions:

The Executive Chef will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a high level of activity and pressure. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in a hot and humid environment.
