  • Recruit, hire, and train staff to meet the needs of our culinary operations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for weddings, banquets, and specialty functions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of leading a culinary team and achieving high-quality results.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in English.
Working Conditions:

The Executive Chef will work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment, with regular hours of 40 hours per week.
