Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and engaging potential clients, providing expert consultation on employee benefits programs.
  • Overseeing the sales process from initiation to implementation.
  • Managing all facets of employee benefits, including new business setups, renewals, adjustments, and claims.
  • Collaborating with the National Benefits Leadership Team to establish and support individual sales goals.
  • Balancing the acquisition of new business with the cultivation of long-term client relationships to ensure retention.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits.
  • Possession of an LLQP license or a commitment to obtain one.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence are essential.
  • Customer-focused, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Proven consultative selling approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Advanced sales and customer service capabilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with digital tools.
  • GBA, CEBS designations or progress towards them would be advantageous.
