Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Asteco Immigration Consulting Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events; coordinate the flow of information within the team; open and distribute mail and other materials; train other workers; record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Office Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines; schedule and confirm appointments; answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages; answer electronic enquiries; compile data, statistics, and other information; order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Customer Service: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas; set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems; type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
