Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Canproys Associates Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
- Provide administrative support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Develop and implement office procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
- Experience working with diverse populations and providing support services.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and ability to provide accommodations.
- Fluency in multiple languages an asset.
