KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage actively in critical decision-making processes concerning financing, strategic development, and operational management;
  • Provide visionary leadership to global finance teams, cultivating a supportive and growth-oriented workplace;
  • Assist the CFO and VP with comprehensive analysis reports and key performance metrics;
  • Collaborate with management to oversee and manage operational budgets;
  • Ensure activities are aligned with established objectives through diligent monitoring;
  • Develop and sustain a robust organizational framework for the finance department across various regions;
  • Lead international finance teams and partner with business units to formulate long-term growth initiatives;
  • Facilitate global process standardization and automation efforts;
  • Deliver insights on financial performance and spearhead the annual budget formulation;
  • Proactively identify potential business impacts and recommend effective solutions;
  • Establish strategies to enhance project return on investment through thorough analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 15 years of leadership experience in comparable roles;
  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, accompanied by a CPA AUDITOR certification;
  • Postgraduate qualifications, such as an MBA, are advantageous;
  • Extensive experience in project planning, continuous improvement, and change management;
  • Expertise in team leadership and contemporary management practices;
  • Experience in dynamic environments that require active involvement in daily operations;
  • Proficiency in information systems, data management, and complex consolidation;
  • Fluency in both oral and written communication.

This position necessitates interaction with national and international clients and partners, thus a high level of professional English proficiency is essential.
