Job Summary:

The Inventory Management Officer will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • 40 hours per week
  • English as the primary language of work
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads and working under pressure.
