Culinary Operations Supervisor

As a Food Service Supervisor at Mr. Souvlaki, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our food preparation team. Your leadership will ensure that our culinary offerings meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff engaged in food preparation and portioning
- Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
- Ensure that all food and service adhere to quality control standards
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team
This is a permanent position requiring 30 to 44 hours of work per week. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
