Position Overview

The Culinary Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily activities of our food service team at Toppers Pizza. This position requires a blend of leadership, organization, and culinary knowledge to ensure that our food quality and service standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Schedule Management: Develop and implement effective work schedules to optimize team performance.
  • Team Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Staff Training: Provide comprehensive training to team members on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Estimation: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service adhere to our high-quality control standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Order Preparation: Prepare summaries of food orders for the chef to facilitate efficient meal service.
  • Tray Assembly Oversight: Supervise and verify the assembly of food trays.
  • Delivery Coordination: Ensure the proper delivery of food trolleys to designated areas.

Qualifications
