- Inventory Management: Assess and estimate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Order Preparation: Compile food order summaries for the chef.
- Tray Assembly Supervision: Oversee and verify the assembly of food trays.
- Delivery Oversight: Supervise and confirm the delivery of food trolleys.
- Work Schedule Establishment: Create and manage work schedules for staff.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years in a similar role.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
