Culinary Services Supervisor

As a Culinary Services Supervisor at Blends & Bites Inc., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment. Your leadership will ensure that our team delivers exceptional dining experiences while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Work Schedule Management: Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
- Inventory Management: Order food and kitchen supplies as needed.
- Team Supervision: Lead and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Staff Training: Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Resource Estimation: Assess and estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Recruitment: Participate in the hiring process for food service personnel.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that food and service adhere to quality control standards.
- Budgeting: Prepare financial budgets and cost estimates for operations.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit necessary reports related to operations.
- Schedule Coordination: Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
- Food Preparation: Involve in the washing, peeling, and cutting of vegetables and fruits as needed.
You will oversee a team of 5-10 individuals.
Work EnvironmentThis role is set in a fast-paced environment where you will need to work under pressure. The position requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the expectation of standing for extended periods. The job can be physically demanding and involves repetitive tasks.
