Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Twenty Four Karats. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Sales and Service Management: Assign sales workers to duties, manage sales volumes, and oversee merchandising and personnel matters.
- Training and Development: Hire, train, and arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including managing cash and conducting performance reviews.
- Office and Volunteer Management: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of office and volunteer staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
