About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Twenty Four Karats. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of sales associates, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
  • Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and manage inventory levels to meet sales demands.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop sales associates to improve their skills and knowledge, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Store Operations: Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, set goals and objectives, and provide feedback to sales associates to ensure they meet performance expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales and customer service role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
