We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pynn Capital Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that they are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
