Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members, to ensure they are meeting sales and customer service targets.
- Sales and Customer Experience: Assign sales workers to duties, manage cash, and oversee payroll administration to ensure seamless sales and customer experience.
- Training and Development: Hire, train, or arrange for training of staff, and conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, and oversee the return of merchandise to ensure efficient sales and customer experience.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales and customer service role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
