Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1005364 Alberta Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide excellent oral communication skills.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and physically demanding tasks.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide client-focused service.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
