Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members, to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Sales and Operations: Assign sales staff to duties, manage inventory, and oversee the ordering and return of merchandise.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, merchandising reports, and personnel reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Store Operations: Manage cash, oversee payroll administration, and conduct performance reviews to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
