We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Twenty Four Karats. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Sales and Service: Assign sales workers to duties, hire and train staff, and authorize payments by cheque.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, oversee payroll administration, and manage cash.
- Customer Experience: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, and conduct performance reviews.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong background in sales and service.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
