About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at AMZ One Step Ltd. as a Document Processor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Registration: Receive and register documents for data entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Data Entry: Enter data according to specified format, maintaining high levels of precision and speed.
  • Data Transfer: Transfer data between software systems, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Data Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of data, identifying and correcting errors.
  • Database Management: Store, update, and maintain databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and secure.
  • Classification and Storage: Classify, label, and store diskettes, disks, and tapes of data, maintaining a organized and accessible system.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Data Conversion: Transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents, maintaining high levels of accuracy.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
