About the Role

Kamma Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Registration: Receive and register documents for data entry, ensuring all necessary information is captured.
  • Data Entry: Enter data according to specified formats, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Software Transfer: Transfer data between software applications, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Data Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of data, identifying and correcting errors.
  • Database Management: Store, update, and maintain databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and secure.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general office duties, including answering phones and responding to emails.
  • Data Conversion: Transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents, ensuring accurate transcription.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
