About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team at YONAS TRUCKING LTD. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Processing: Receive and register documents for data entry, ensuring they are properly sorted and categorized.
  • Data Entry: Enter data according to specified formats, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Data Transfer: Transfer data between software systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal errors.
  • Data Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of data, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
  • Database Management: Store, update, and maintain databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general office duties, including answering phones and responding to emails (note: this is not a requirement, but rather a general administrative task).
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
