About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at WestSquare Immigration Services Ltd. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and register documents for data entry, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Enter data into our systems according to specified formats, maintaining data quality and consistency.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data, identifying and correcting errors as needed.
  • Store, update, and maintain databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and secure.
  • Perform general office duties, including administrative tasks and data management.
  • Create digital records using a scanner, ensuring high-quality images and accurate data capture.
  • Transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment
  • Permanent full-time position.
  • 30 hours per week.
  • English language required.
