About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Hire Hub Placement Agency. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Receive and register documents for data entry, ensuring all necessary information is accurately captured.
  • Data Entry: Enter data according to specified formats, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Database Management: Store, update, and maintain databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Office Support: Perform general office duties, including answering phones and responding to emails (note: this will be removed as per the validation points).
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
