About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Imperial Immigration and Recruitment Inc. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and register documents for data entry in a fast-paced environment
  • Enter data according to specified formats and verify its accuracy and completeness
  • Support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition
  • Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers
  • Work in a sitting position with attention to detail
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Repetitive tasks and attention to detail
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 to 35 hours per week
