The Culinary Operations Supervisor at Polos Social Lounge plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of our food service establishment. This position requires a blend of leadership, organization, and culinary expertise to ensure that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of a dedicated team of culinary professionals, ensuring that food preparation and portioning meet our high standards.
  • Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation protocols, and safety measures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service adhere to quality control standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Financial Oversight: Prepare budgets and cost estimates to maintain financial health while delivering exceptional service.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste to optimize operations.
  • Event Coordination: Research and design special event programs, organizing buffets and banquets, and consulting with clients for weddings and specialty functions.
Supervision

Manage a team of 5-10 culinary staff members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
