About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Setters Neighbourhood Pub Ltd. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Procedure Implementation: Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Office Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Team Support: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, providing support to our team as needed.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
Work Environment
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
