Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Apprentice, you will support the HR Manager in various aspects of human resource operations. You will be part of a vibrant team, contributing to essential HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, employee onboarding, management of employee absences, compliance with labor laws, personnel record maintenance, and training development.
Essential Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be adaptable, collaborative, and possess strong communication skills. Attributes such as initiative, discretion, organizational abilities, responsiveness, active listening, and meticulous attention to detail are crucial. Familiarity with standard office software is necessary.
Educational Background:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree +2 or equivalent is required, with a focus on preparing for a Bachelor's degree +3.
Compensation:
Remuneration will be determined according to the apprenticeship contract, reflecting a percentage of the minimum wage.
