Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will be primarily based remotely, with occasional visits to our headquarters or retail sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a proactive and innovative talent acquisition strategy
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the selection process
  • Optimize existing practices, processes, tools, systems, and programs, and create new ones based on research and industry best practices
  • Counsel, support, and guide leaders
  • Proactively build diverse talent pools
Requirements
  • Bilingualism
  • Five (5) years of experience in human resources, with 3 years in talent acquisition
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent knowledge and skills related to social media and job board utilization
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid knowledge of the Office suite and HR systems
  • Experience in the retail industry (a significant asset)
