About the Role

Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture that promotes employee well-being and engagement. Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive human resources strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Provide guidance and support to managers in creating a work environment that is conducive to productivity and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives, programs, and policies that support the company's culture and goals.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing HR teams to support the organization's growth and success.
  • Design and implement employee recognition and reward programs that promote employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive benefits plan that supports employee well-being and job satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws, employment standards, and health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including insurance providers, benefits administrators, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
