Our OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Training Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons University. This individual will play a key role in developing and facilitating training programs that drive business results. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver engaging training content that meets the needs of our restaurant leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop training materials and professional development courses
- Facilitate interactive and engaging training programs for hands-on, classroom, and virtual delivery
- Deliver projects from start-up to finish within established timeframes and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Write, edit, and format documentation and materials needed for each program
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to determine needs and develop course content
- Evaluate effectiveness of training programs through surveys and analysis
- 3-5 years of experience in training or QSR operations
- Ability to write and speak French is required
- Strong facilitation and hands-on training skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Fundamental working knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
