Our Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Training Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons University. This individual will play a key role in developing and facilitating training programs that drive business results. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver engaging training content that meets the needs of our restaurant leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training materials and professional development courses
  • Facilitate interactive and engaging training programs for hands-on, classroom, and virtual delivery
  • Deliver projects from start-up to finish within established timeframes and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Write, edit, and format documentation and materials needed for each program
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to determine needs and develop course content
  • Evaluate effectiveness of training programs through surveys and analysis
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in training or QSR operations
  • Ability to write and speak French is required
  • Strong facilitation and hands-on training skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Fundamental working knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
