Our Opportunity:

As a key member of the Tim Hortons University team, you will play a critical role in developing and facilitating training programs that drive business results. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver engaging training content that meets the needs of Restaurant Leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop training materials and professional development courses
  • Facilitate interactive and engaging training programs for hands-on, classroom, and virtual delivery
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to determine needs and develop course content
  • Evaluate effectiveness of training programs through surveys and analysis

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in training or QSR operations
  • Ability to write and speak French is required
  • Strong facilitation and hands-on training skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
