Our Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Training Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons University. Reporting to the Sr Manager, Operations Training, this individual will play a key role in developing and facilitating training programs that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs for Restaurant Leaders
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop course content and evaluate program effectiveness
  • Establish instructional design and development standards for all training materials
  • Evaluate training programs through surveys and analysis with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in training or QSR operations
  • Ability to write and speak French is required
  • Strong facilitation and hands-on training skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
